When SIA Healthy processes your personal data, you have the right to ask questions related to the processing of your personal data by sending a request to the contact information provided or by visiting SIA Healthy’s office in person.
When you use the services offered on SIA Healthy’s website, your data are processed for the purposes set out below and stored for as long as one of the listed criteria applies. SIA Healthy undertakes to process only the personal data necessary for the performance of contractual obligations, the conduct of commercial activities, and compliance with legal requirements.
You will also be asked to provide clear and unambiguous affirmative consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your user information through cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookie Policy. The website is owned and operated by SIA Healthy.
Purposes of Personal Data Processing
In processing personal data, SIA Healthy complies with the laws of the Republic of Latvia, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) — hereinafter the Regulation — as well as other legislation on privacy and personal data processing.
This Data Protection Policy explains how SIA Healthy processes personal data and how it ensures the exercise of data subjects’ rights in matters related to personal data protection. SIA Healthy’s Data Protection Policy applies to all forms of personal data processing carried out by SIA Healthy.
SIA Healthy processes personal data received directly from the data subject (i.e., the person who submitted the data) or indirectly (through corporate clients). Indirectly received personal data are processed only when SIA Healthy needs to process personal data to provide services within the scope of contractual obligations, for example, to contact a corporate client, etc.
Purposes:
- Provision of services under contractual obligations (including creating an account on the ForeverTogether.eu website to make a purchase, enabling invoice issuance, communication, delivery of goods, and other data processing necessary for the purchase).
Legal basis — performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation).
- Processing information submitted by the data subject to subscribe to ForeverTogether.eu email messages and newsletters (you may unsubscribe at any time via the automated link in the email, by changing your profile settings, deleting stored cookies, calling our information line, or sending a request to stop communication to info@ForeverTogether.eu
).
Legal basis — data subject’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation).
- Processing information about inquiries you submit via the website contact section or by contacting our staff by phone or electronically. SIA Healthy processes the personal data you voluntarily provide — first name, last name, phone number, and email address — as well as other information provided. The purpose of processing your personal data is solely to contact you and respond to your questions, comments, or suggestions. In certain cases, based on your comments, customer service quality improvement is performed (see the purpose “Improving customer service quality”).
Legal basis — data subject’s consent (Article 6(1)(a)) and the Controller’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Processing transaction data in accordance with the Law “On Accounting.”
Legal basis — compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the Controller (Article 6(1)(c)).
- Recruitment and personnel management — to ensure recruitment processes and protect our legal interests insofar as they relate to recruitment.
Legal basis — compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the Controller (Article 6(1)(c); Labour Law).
- Improving customer service quality. The purpose is for SIA Healthy to evaluate your objections or comments about customer service, thereby preventing repeated cases in the future and improving service quality. Personal data are processed only to the extent necessary to identify the nature of improvements to be made. These personal data are not used in subsequent service improvements and goal-setting.

- Providing information to public authorities and operational entities in cases and to the extent specified by external regulatory enactments.

SIA Healthy may act as the controller in various processing activities. To ensure data subjects’ right to privacy, SIA Healthy adheres to the principles of confidentiality and strictly limits the disclosure of personal data. Only persons authorized by SIA Healthy are entitled to modify and process personal data.
Reminder About an Incomplete Purchase
Please note that we will send a technical support email within 72 hours from the moment you did not complete your purchase in our online store. This is necessary to ensure that you did not encounter technical issues during checkout and to release the reserved goods.
Personal Data Retention Period
SIA Healthy stores and processes personal data as long as at least one of the following criteria applies:
until full performance of contractual obligations (including negotiations in which a verbal contract is concluded and/or a service application is submitted);
until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 1 year from the moment consent was given;
until the term specified in external regulatory enactments for data storage and processing, or until the period during which the data subject can exercise legitimate interests and rights (e.g., submit objections and/or bring a claim in court);
as long as there is a legal obligation to retain the data (e.g., under the Law “On Accounting,” the Labour Law, the Consumer Rights Protection Law, etc.);
while the data subject’s consent for the respective data processing remains valid, if no other lawful basis applies.
Once none of the above conditions apply, the data subject’s personal data are deleted.
Disclosure of Personal Data
To fulfil our obligations to you, we may transfer your personal data to cooperation partners and processors who perform necessary processing to ensure the performance of contractual obligations (SIA Omniva, reg. No. 40103527192; Maksekeskus AS Latvian branch, reg. No. 40203388134; SIA Finance and Accounting Services, reg. No. 50003917511). Under the law and our cooperation agreements, these companies are required to protect your personal data and process them only for the purposes we specify.
Personal data are not transferred to third countries (i.e., countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area).
Children
SIA Healthy does not provide services to minors. If SIA Healthy determines that it has obtained and processed minors’ data, appropriate measures will be taken to delete such personal data.
Data Subject Rights
Data subject rights apply to any natural person whose personal data are processed by SIA Healthy and apply regardless of the form in which you or any other person provided the data: on the ForeverTogether.eu website, in the information systems provided, in paper form, or by phone.

Right to rectification. If information held by SIA Healthy is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to request correction of any inaccuracies.
Right to object to processing by SIA Healthy if there is no longer any obligation to retain the data.
Right to erasure of your data if SIA Healthy continues to store them after the retention period has expired, and, in certain situations, the right to restrict processing and/or obtain electronic copies of the information held by SIA Healthy.

Changes to the Policy
SIA Healthy may revise this Data Protection Notice at any time to include the latest privacy conditions. We will inform you of any changes that affect the processing of personal data described in this notice via an appropriate communication channel.

A response will be provided within one month from receipt of the email. If your request is complex or we receive many requests, we will inform you that resolving the matter will take more than one month, and we will address it no later than three months from the date the request was first submitted.
In addition, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in Latvia responsible for personal data protection — the Data State Inspectorate (http://www.dvi.gov.lv).
Security
SIA Healthy protects data subjects’ data using modern technological capabilities, taking into account existing privacy risks and the organizational, financial, and technical resources reasonably available to SIA Healthy, such as data encryption, firewalls, intrusion protection, and other safeguards.
In the event of a personal data security incident that poses a potentially high risk to the rights and freedoms of the data subject, SIA Healthy will notify the affected data subject, where possible, or publish information on SIA Healthy’s website or in another appropriate way.
