Before using the ForeverTogether.eu website and online store, please carefully read these Ordering Terms and Conditions.
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. Under these Terms, SIA Healthy sells the goods displayed in the ForeverTogether.eu online store (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”). The Buyer purchases and accepts the goods according to the assortment specified in the order placed through the Online Store. Ownership of the goods is transferred to the Buyer upon full payment and receipt of the goods.
1.2. SIA Healthy, registration number LV42103099620, legal address: Sigulda, Kalmju iela 22, LV-2150, Latvia, phone number +371 278 78 175 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), provides the content available on ForeverTogether.eu and offers services in accordance with these Terms.
1.3. By making a purchase in the Online Store and agreeing to these Terms, the Buyer confirms that they are a legally capable individual and that the data provided for the execution of the contract are truthful. If the Buyer is a legal entity, the purchase must be made by an authorized representative. The Buyer confirms that they will use the Online Store in accordance with applicable laws and only in an authorized manner. In case of any violation of these Terms or the law, SIA Healthy has the right to immediately withdraw from the purchase contract and/or deny the Buyer access to the Online Store.
1.4. By ordering and purchasing goods offered in the Online Store and using other SIA Healthy services, the Buyer is deemed to have read and unconditionally accepted the general and distance contract terms and undertakes to comply with them.
1.5. The Distance Contract (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer who places an order and makes a purchase in the Online Store. The Contract enters into force when the Buyer places the order using remote communication means and receives an order confirmation from the Seller by email or phone. The order and its confirmation are considered received once they become accessible to the addressee. The Contract remains valid until its full execution — i.e., until the ordered goods are handed over. The Contract applies to all orders and purchases made in the Online Store.
1.6. The Seller does not store concluded Contracts for goods and services purchased in the Online Store; they are available to the Buyer each time before purchase.
1.7. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend or supplement these Terms at any time without prior notice, publishing the updates in the “Ordering Terms” section of ForeverTogether.eu. The Buyer is subject to the Terms that are in effect at the time of ordering goods or services. Before each purchase, the Buyer must review the Ordering Terms on ForeverTogether.eu.
2. PRODUCT PRICES
2.1. All product prices in the Online Store are shown in euros (EUR). Prices are valid at the time of ordering. By confirming the order, the Buyer agrees to pay the listed price.
2.2. The Seller reserves the right to change prices or introduce special offers at any time without prior notice. Goods and services are sold at the prices valid at the time of the order and as published in the Online Store. If incorrect prices are published online due to technical reasons, the Seller will inform the Buyer that the order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable time.
3. PRODUCT RANGE
3.1. The Buyer may purchase any goods displayed in the Online Store, subject to availability in SIA Healthy’s warehouse.
3.2. If a product is out of stock after an order has been placed, but due to technical reasons has not yet been removed from the site, SIA Healthy will contact the Buyer by phone or in writing to inform them that the order cannot be fulfilled, or will offer a similar product with the Buyer’s consent. SIA Healthy does not cover any losses resulting from such cases if the Buyer is informed within 14 calendar days.
3.3. The Seller reserves the right to change the product assortment or specifications at any time without notice. Product descriptions use information and images provided by manufacturers.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
4.1. Orders can be placed via the Online Store: ForeverTogether.eu. Orders may be made by registered or unregistered users. Buyers can search for products using the search bar or by browsing product categories. After selecting a product and quantity, click “Add to Cart,” then “View Cart,” and finally “Checkout.”
4.2. The next step will show the selected product(s) and price, excluding delivery fees. Click “Confirm Order,” then choose the desired payment and delivery method.
4.3. Payment can be made via online banking or by credit/debit card.
4.4. In the next step, the Buyer selects a preferred delivery or pickup method.
4.5. The required input fields depend on the selected payment and delivery method. After clicking “Continue,” a summary will appear with the total payment amount, which the Buyer can review and, if necessary, correct.
4.6. By clicking “Confirm Order,” the Buyer agrees to purchase the selected product and pay the stated price, including delivery costs.
4.9. By placing an order on ForeverTogether.eu, the Buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered goods and services.
4.11. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read the ForeverTogether.eu Ordering Terms.
4.12. If the Buyer provides an email address for communication, they will receive an order confirmation via email. The Buyer must review the order details and inform the Seller of any inaccuracies at info@ForeverTogether.eu
or by calling +371 278 78 175. The Buyer must clearly identify themselves to make order changes.
4.13. Upon receiving the order confirmation, please carefully review all details. Changing the delivery address or method after dispatch incurs a fee (depending on the new delivery option).
5. USING COUPONS
5.1. Entering a coupon code provides a discount (percentage or fixed amount) or other benefit specified when the coupon was issued.
5.2. Discount coupons do not apply to already discounted products.
5.3. Only one coupon can be used per order.
5.4. Coupons cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
5.5. Coupons are valid only for immediate online payment.
5.6. Selling discount coupons is prohibited.
5.7. Invalid, lost, or damaged coupons (e.g., unreadable codes) will not be replaced or extended.
5.8. Each coupon campaign’s rules and validity period are indicated on the printed or digital coupon.
5.9. Coupons are valid until the date indicated.
6. PRODUCT DELIVERY
6.1. Goods are delivered using the method chosen by the Buyer.
6.2. Delivery is carried out according to the information provided in the order and for the delivery fee specified therein.
6.3. The Buyer must be reachable via the provided email and/or phone number to coordinate delivery details.
6.4. Before receiving goods, the Buyer must present an ID and the order number or confirmation. The courier or Seller has the right to refuse delivery if identification cannot be verified.
6.5. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the packaging in the courier’s presence. If visible damage is found, the Buyer may refuse the delivery and must inform the Seller immediately.
6.6. The order is considered fulfilled when the Buyer signs the delivery note or receipt.
6.7. SIA Healthy is not liable for any delays in delivery. If delivery exceeds 30 calendar days and the Buyer no longer wishes to wait, they may withdraw from the Contract without the right to claim compensation.
7. PRODUCT USE AND QUALITY
7.1. The Buyer must read the product instructions before use and follow the manufacturer’s directions.
7.2. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual item. SIA Healthy does not guarantee the product’s suitability for any particular purpose.
7.3. Claims about product conformity are handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law.
7.4. The Seller’s obligations do not cover defects caused by improper use, transport, or storage, nor normal wear and tear.
8. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES AND OTHER PROVISIONS
8.1. Consumers (natural persons) have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after delivery, in accordance with the law. The Buyer must return the goods to SIA Healthy at their own expense. Withdrawal terms are available on the ForeverTogether.eu website under “Right of Withdrawal.”
8.2. Legal entities are not considered consumers and therefore are not entitled to withdrawal rights.
8.3. The Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data for contract execution, delivery, payment, and credit assessment purposes, including transfer to third parties such as couriers or payment processors. SIA Healthy may transfer debt claims to third parties for debt recovery.
8.4. The website uses cookies. By using the site, the Buyer consents to their use for performance/analytics purposes.
8.5. The Seller is not responsible for any expenses or losses arising from use of information on ForeverTogether.eu or from temporary unavailability of the website. If a product or service becomes unavailable, the Buyer may cancel the order, and the Seller will refund all payments made.
8.6. All risks related to Online Store purchases transfer to the Buyer once the goods are received.
8.7. The Seller is not liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., strikes, government actions, wars, natural disasters, internet outages, or software failures).
8.8. By visiting, registering, or ordering through the Online Store, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and any referenced documents. The Seller may amend the Terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.
8.9. The Seller assumes no responsibility if the Buyer has not read or has only partially read these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
