Returns policy
1) 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (for non-personalized products)
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us a written notice to info@forevertogether.eu within 14 days after receiving the product. After that, the product must be returned to us within 14 days from the date the notice was sent.
The product must be unused, clean, with all original tags/packaging, and in complete condition.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the situations described in sections 3 and 4.
2) Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until the product has been physically received.
The refund includes the product price. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or sent incorrectly due to our mistake.
3) Personalized Products
Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products (e.g., clothing with embroidered names, dates, special texts, etc.) cannot be returned and are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Exceptions: if the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly sent due to our mistake, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
4) Hygiene and Other Non-Returnable Exceptions
According to consumer protection regulations, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened hygiene products (unless defective)
- Digital files/services after delivery
- Gift cards
5) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order via info@forevertogether.eu, including photo/video evidence and your order number.
We will offer a replacement, repair (if applicable), or refund. In such cases, we cover the return shipping costs.
